This really depends on your data set. In a robust set of fairly homogeneous data, a few outliers may have minimal impact to the analysis. But in smaller data sets, outliers can create noise and skew the results. It’s up to you if you want to remove some prior to an analysis. But be mindful that sometimes a property that appears to be an outlier may contain elements that actually account for the variation you notice at first glance.
To view statistics in your data, highlight the variable and select the Stats Tab.
To remove data from your analysis, use the Sub Market Filter feature.
